I know how much difference the right support can make during a difficult transition. I immigrated to the United States when I was ten years old and did not speak English. A few exceptional teachers helped me through that major adjustment, and their impact stayed with me. By the time I took a psychology class as a senior in high school, I knew I wanted to pursue a helping profession and become a therapist.

I want therapy to feel warm, safe, and free of judgment. I meet each person where they are when they walk through my door, and that can look very different depending on the person and their age. With a young child, it may mean sitting on the floor and playing with toys. With someone else, it may mean having fidgets available while we talk through what is happening in their life. There is no single right way to participate in therapy.

My approach focuses on people's strengths. I'm transparent and direct in my work. I want clients to recognize what is already working, understand where they may feel stuck, and feel supported as they take their next steps. I work with people across the lifespan and currently have openings for children as young as age 3 as well as teens and adults.

I am fluent in both Polish and English, and my own experience adjusting to a new country and language has shaped the way I think about change, belonging, and the importance of feeling understood.

Outside of work, I stay grounded by traveling and camping with family and friends, exercising, riding my bike, walking, listening to audiobooks, and going to concerts. I also believe strongly in making room for play. Life can become consumed by responsibilities and the day-to-day grind, and sometimes taking time to have fun is an important part of taking care of ourselves.
