We offer evidenced based outpatient mental health therapy directed toward the diverse needs of groups and individuals in our community. Our compassionate therapists are available days, evenings and weekends at locations in Salt Lake City and Sandy, Utah to treat adolescents, adults, individuals and couples.

New Patient Consultation
Jill Staska is our office manager. Call or email for an initial consultation to confirm we offer the services you are looking for. Jill will facilitate your connection with the therapist who will best fit your preferences. She will help you with scheduling, and keep you up-to-date with insurance and billing queries.
Meet Our Providers
Kalli Saibara-Cook, PhD
With over 20 years of experience in the field of Psychology, I have enjoyed working with individuals from adolescence through the life span of adulthood. I have special proficiency training in trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, ADHD, and co-morbid disorders. I also work with individuals experiencing difficult life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns and self-esteem issues.
Everyday I am honored to cross paths with those who share a part of their journey with me in the therapy room. I take a holistic approach to assessing each individual and their therapeutic goals to promote the growth each patient is seeking. Everyone has their own life story and every person's path and process to success is going to look different. Skill building is developed through identifying skills already utilized. Those skills can then be added to or modified and made more adaptable and effective to achieve desired lifestyle choices and life goals.

Korina Jagiello-Caldwell, CMHC
With 17 years of experience as a Certified Mental Health Counselor, I have worked with a diverse population. I have strength working with mood disorders, autism, trauma, attachment issues, and emotional and behavioral issues in children and teens. I also have a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and evidenced-based treatment.
I have experience working with children as young as 3 years old, adolescents and adults, doing individual and family therapy on an outpatient basis.

Teresa Burton, CMHC
With over 30 years of experience in psychology and mental health, I enjoy working with a diverse population. I believe people have the potential to change and make their quality of life better. I enjoy playing with my pets, being outdoors, watching basketball, playing games and doing puzzles.
I have worked for the Department of Corrections in a Community Corrections Center. I also worked as a substance abuse counselor, working with both adolescents and adults. Further, I assisted in developing the youth treatment program.
I am a former board member of AUSAP (Association of Utah Substance Abuse Professionals) and current member of Utah Mental Health Counselor Association. I have been instrumental contributor in developing the curriculum at Argosy University for Substance Use Disorder Counseling Licensure (SUDC) program which was awarded a Utah Best in State for curriculum development. Additionally, I have taught undergraduate Psychology and Licensure classes at Argosy University.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Social Work and minor in Psychology from Weber State University.

I have been a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor for over 18 years. I have enjoyed working with adults, children and families. I have experience across a variety of treatment settings including Private Practice Therapy, Community-Based Services for Children, Teens, Families, Inpatient/Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment.
