Every person who comes to therapy brings a different story, different experiences, and different hopes for what life can become.

My role is not to decide what healing should look like for you. It is to listen, understand where you are, and help you move toward where you want to be. Some people want practical tools and a clear plan. Others need space to process difficult experiences, build emotional regulation skills, or simply make sense of what they are carrying. Therapy should reflect what you need, not someone else's idea of what healing is supposed to look like.

For more than twenty years, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate life's challenges through therapy. I love getting to know people and helping them recognize possibilities that can be difficult to see when they're in the middle of life's challenges.

I work with adolescents ages 14 and older and adults across the lifespan. My work often focuses on anxiety, trauma, life transitions, ADHD, identity concerns, and the many challenges that come with being human. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, and mindfulness, always adapting my approach to the unique needs of the person sitting across from me.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, cooking, and composting. I appreciate processes that come full circle because they remind me that meaningful growth rarely happens overnight. Like tending a garden, healing often takes patience, care, and the right environment. My hope is that therapy provides a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you grow in your own way.
