With over 20 years of experience in the field of Psychology, I have enjoyed working with individuals from adolescence through the life span of adulthood. I have special proficiency training in trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, ADHD, and co-morbid disorders. I also work with individuals experiencing difficult life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns and self-esteem issues.
Everyday I am honored to cross paths with those who share a part of their journey with me in the therapy room. I take a holistic approach to assessing each individual and their therapeutic goals to promote the growth each patient is seeking. Everyone has their own life story and every person’s path and process to success is going to look different. Skill building is developed through identifying skills already utilized. Those skills can then be added to or modified and made more adaptable and effective to achieve desired lifestyle choices and life goals.
